A new compostable capsule that is made from renewable raw materials so you can enjoy your morning coffee and then simply throw the capsule in to your food waste bin ready for composting. Caffesso have worked tirelessly to create a compostable capsule which is still hermetically sealed. The paper lid is oxygen tight and ensures a fresh espresso every time, just as you have become accustomed to with our core range.

Not only is this new capsule compostable, we have also reduced the packaging. So, in the production of the capsule and the packaging there is:

  • Less material is used
  • Less energy is used
  • Less green house emissions

These pods are fully compatible with Nespresso® Original Line machines, including models such as the Pixie, Inissia, Essenza, Citiz, and Lattissima.

Please note that these capsules are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo or VertuoLine machines, which use a different pod shape and brewing system. Original Line machines use a high-pressure extraction method that brings out the full depth and aroma of your coffee, making them ideal for espresso lovers who enjoy a strong, rich, and authentic taste.
